Yelp’s native search advertising products deliver strong ROI by helping clients connect with potential customers at the bottom of the purchase funnel. Yelp has become an essential part in client’s Local advertising mix and the Enterprise team is growing fast.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales driven leader to grow our relationships and revenue within the Agency ecosystem. As Yelp’s first Manager of Agency Relationships, you will drive awareness and growth of Yelp’s premium native search advertising products. Yelp partners with hundreds of Enterprise customers and is now looking to better partner with top Media and Search Agencies to accelerate our growth by delivering superior return to our partners. This is a high level, strategic role for Yelp that is also fast-paced and hands-on. In this role, you will work alongside Yelp’s Executive Sales Leadership team and will collaborate across the company.
What you will do:
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities to grow National Account Revenue by leveraging Ad Agency and Enterprise Partner relationships
Develop and ensure a cohesive relationship with key Ad Agencies and Partners, including C-Level agency executives and all senior Investment teams
Increase new Account penetration and current Account Revenue
Manage an effective partnership with the National Sales Team and other internal stakeholders
Create an effective Agency program, evangelizing Yelp Ad Solutions in the Agency Ecosystem while enabling revenue acceleration
Identify Agency-wide company goals and craft clear messaging that demonstrates the benefits of a Yelp partnership to their initiatives
Leverage Yelp assets to accelerate Revenue and deepen Partnerships
Search Advertising, Profile Enhancements, Enterprise Dashboard, Yelp APIs and Yelp Data Set
Partner effectively with Yelp BD Team to launch new partnerships and Channels to larger National Sales Org
Lead ad hoc projects focused on the strategic revenue growth opportunities
What we are looking for:
5-8 years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency roles; 3+ years in Agency specific roles
Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar Sales Targets
Experienced communicator with proven track record of Executive outreach
Entrepreneurial with history of building partnerships from scratch
Ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and build something big at Yelp
Able to navigate uncertainty and gray area successfully for all parties and lead to desired outcomes
Easy-going, cool headed, with a track record of collaboration and working well internally
Bought in to Yelp’s mission and naturally puts the company and team first
Able to Travel 30-50% of the time
